{"id":245,"date":"2022-08-07T13:21:06","date_gmt":"2022-08-07T11:21:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hvar.si\/?page_id=245"},"modified":"2022-09-30T11:30:43","modified_gmt":"2022-09-30T09:30:43","slug":"zdravje","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hvar.si\/sl\/zdravje\/","title":{"rendered":"Zdravje"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Morske ribe \u2013 vir zdrave prehrane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prehranski svetovalci priporo\u010dajo u\u017eivanje rib enkrat do dvakrat tedensko, predvsem kot zamenjavo za rde\u010de meso in mesne izdelke saj njihova hranilna sestava zelo dobro vpliva na na\u0161e zdravje. Ribe so lahko prebavljive, z malo vezivnega tkiva ter rahlo celi\u010dno strukturo in&nbsp;<strong>veljajo za kakovosten in uravnote\u017een obrok<\/strong>, \u0161e posebej v kombinaciji z zelenjavo. Najbolj kakovostne ribe so sve\u017ee, nepredelane, v izvorni obliki, saj se tako najbolj ohranijo njihove prehranske prednosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po priporo\u010dilih FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in Svetovne zdravstvene organizacije bi si jih morali privo\u0161\u010dili \u0161e pogosteje, saj so&nbsp;<strong>odli\u010den vir lahko prebavljivih beljakovin, za<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>povrh pa \u0161e dober vir vitamina D, kalcija, fosforja, selena in joda<\/strong>. Predstavljajo tudi bogat naravni vir kalcija in omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin ter vsebujejo mnogo za zdravje pomembnih vitaminov in mineralov. Na Nacionalnem in\u0161titutu za javno zdravje Republike Slovenije priporo\u010dajo, naj star\u0161i otroke \u017ee zgodaj navadijo na u\u017eivanje \u010dim ve\u010d razli\u010dnih rib.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prisotnost omega 3 ma\u0161\u010dobnih kislin&nbsp;<strong>zmanj\u0161uje verjetnost nastanka sr\u010dno-\u017eilnih<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>obolenj<\/strong>, saj ugodno vplivajo na raven nevarnega in koristnega holesterola v krvi. Ribe vsebujejo veliko beljakovin in vse aminokisline, ki jih na\u0161e telo ni sposobno tvoriti samo. Imajo ugoden u\u010dinek na bolezni srca in o\u017eilja, zmanj\u0161ujejo mo\u017enost sr\u010dne kapi, pri ljudeh, ki redno u\u017eivajo ribe, so manj pogosta razli\u010dna vnetja, bla\u017eijo pa tudi revmati\u010dna obolenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obstaja \u0161tudija, v kateri so spremljali zdravstvene delavce in ugotovili, da so imeli tisti, ki so u\u017eivali eno ali ve\u010d porcij rib na teden, za 15 odstotkov manj\u0161e tveganje za bolezni srca. Kalcij sodi med minerale, ki so pomembni v katerem koli obdobju na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja. V otro\u0161tvu pomaga pri&nbsp;<strong>izgradnji mo\u010dnih kosti&nbsp;<\/strong>in prepre\u010duje nastanek rahitisa, v odraslem \u017eivljenjskem obdobju pa pomaga vzdr\u017eevati njihovo mo\u010d in gostoto ter prepre\u010duje razvoj osteoporoze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da lahko telo normalno absorbira kalcij je nujen tudi vnos vitamina D, ki pa ga je v ribah prav tako veliko. Vitamin D ima pomembno vlogo \u0161e pri&nbsp;<strong>ohranjanju imunskega sistema<\/strong>, izlo\u010danju in uravnavanju inzulina v trebu\u0161ni slinavki, uravnavanju krvnega pritiska, aktivnosti mi\u0161ic in delovanju mo\u017eganov. Ribe vsebujejo tudi vitamina B in E, so ve\u010dinoma manj kalori\u010dne in la\u017eje prebavljive, zato jih povsod vklju\u010dujejo med priporo\u010deno zdravo hrano in nemalokrat so obilno vklju\u010dene v najrazli\u010dnej\u0161e diete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skozi \u0161tevilne \u0161tudije se je pokazalo tudi, da morske ribe&nbsp;<strong>prepre\u010dujejo pe\u0161anje<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>mo\u017eganov&nbsp;<\/strong>zaradi staranja. Z nara\u0161\u010dajo\u010do starostjo postaja delovanje na\u0161ih mo\u017eganov vse slab\u0161e. A pri nekaterih se to dogaja prej in hitreje. \u0160tudije so pokazale, da to vsekakor niso ljudje, ki redno u\u017eivajo ribe. Ugotovili so, da je pri ljubiteljih rib celo pove\u010dan tako imenovan siv predel, obmo\u010dje, kjer so nevroni, ki med drugim obdelujejo podatke in shranjujejo spomine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z u\u017eivanjem morskih rib s staranjem ohranjamo v bolj\u0161em stanju tudi o\u010di. Obstajajo \u0161tudije, ki ka\u017eejo, da tako&nbsp;<strong>zmanj\u0161amo tveganje za pojav rumene pege<\/strong>, tipi\u010dne starostne bolezni, ki je najpogostej\u0161i vzrok izgube ostrine vida pri starej\u0161ih. Tudi v tem primeru naj bi bile preventivno koristile prav omega-3 ma\u0161\u010dobne kisline, ki jih morske ribe vsebujejo v izobilju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vse ve\u010d ljudi ima te\u017eave s spanjem. Vzrokov je veliko \u2013 od stresa do prevelike izpostavljenosti svetlobi, ki jo oddajajo ekrani. Ena od hipotez je, da k slabemu spancu pripomore tudi pomanjkanje vitamina D. Raziskovalci so ugotovili, da lahko u\u017eivanje morskih rib pomaga. V \u0161estmese\u010dni \u0161tudiji se je pokazalo, da&nbsp;<strong>se je kakovost spanjaizbolj\u0161ala<\/strong>, ko so ljudje ves \u010das raziskave redno, trikrat na teden, u\u017eivali ribe.
